Terms and Conditions
- The prize draw is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited
- The prize draw is open from 13/04/2022 to 15/06/2022 (Eligibility Period)
- The prize draw is for 10 x $500 cash prizes (5 x clients and 5 x referred parties) deposited into the winner’s nominated bank accounts.
- Only members of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme or Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver scheme and those that are referred by these members will be eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Entrants are eligible for the prize draw if they refer someone using the unique url provided to them, the referred party completes the contact form on the application page, and a Fisher Funds representative successfully makes contact with the referred person via phone and takes part in a KiwiSaver consultation during the Eligibility Period.
- The referred party does not have to become a Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme or Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme client to be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
- Only referred parties that are not currently Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme or Fisher Fund TWO KiwiSaver Scheme clients will be eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Clients may refer as many people as they wish to by sharing the unique url provided to them, each referred person that is successfully contacted by a KiwiSaver Specialist will count as an entry into the prize draw for the client and the person referred.
- If a client refers multiple people and more than one of these is chosen in the prize draw, the client will be eligible for multiple prizes. For example, if 3 referred people are selected as winners and were all referred by the same client, that client will receive $1,500 and each referred person will receive $500.
- If a referred party is referred by more than one client. Only the first referral will count as an entry for both the referrer and the referred party.
- The competition is only open to clients and those who have been referred who are 18 or over on 13/04/2022 or prior to the date they are referred.
- The prize will be drawn approximately one month after the end of the Eligibility Period and the winner will be notified by telephone, email or post. The winner agrees that Fisher Funds may use the personal information Fisher Funds holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the Fisher Funds website or social media profiles.
- If Fisher Funds is unable to contact a winner via phone or we have not had a response via email after one month of trying, the prize will be forfeited.
- The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by Fisher Funds.
- The $500 cash prize will be deposited into the winner’s nominated bank account within 2 weeks of the winner being notified.
- Fisher Funds reserves the right to assess and or decline the validity of a winner’s participation in the prize draw, at its discretion.
- Fisher Funds reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
- Fisher Funds will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw.
- Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
- The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient.
