We think we have one of the best Client Service teams in New Zealand – and we’re not the only ones! We were awarded no less than seven awards at the 2022 CRM Contact Centre Awards last week, including the Industry Award for Financial Support Services.
These nationwide awards focus on seeking out the best client service delivered by contact centre teams over telephone, email and live chat.
This was the seventh year our team have entered these awards and the results are a testament to their focus on delivering exceptional service and helping our clients to make good decisions.
