Our amazing Client Service team has done it again – winning an incredible 11 awards at this year’s CCNNZ/CRM Contact Centre Awards, including securing the top spot for Customer Services in NZ (for a Contact Centre with less than 50 people).
This is the eighth year our team have entered the awards, each year striving to deliver exceptional service to our clients, so we can help them to achieve their ambitions.
The nationwide CRM awards focus on seeking out the best client service delivered by contact centre teams over telephone, email and live chat.
