Promoter

1.1 The Fisher Funds Mobile App iPhone Giveaway (“iPhone Giveaway”) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (“Fisher Funds”).

1.2 Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Investment Funds and Fisher Funds Investment Series. Product Disclosure Statements are available at fisherfunds.co.nz.

Promotion Period

2.1 The iPhone Giveaway runs from 12:00am on 4 November 2025 to 11:59pm on 31 January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize

3.1 Each prize consists of one (1) Apple iPhone 17 256GB (the “Prize”).

3.2 A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period.

3.3 The model and colour of each iPhone will be determined by Fisher Funds and cannot be chosen, exchanged, or transferred by the winner.

Eligibility

4.1 The iPhone Giveaway is open to all persons (“Participants”) who, as at 11:59pm on 27 October 2025:

a. Had an active investment account in any of the following Fisher Funds retail managed investment schemes: Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme, Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Investment Funds, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds Investment Series or Fisher Funds FuturePlan; and

b. Were 18 years of age or older; and

c. Had a valid email address (as determined by Fisher Funds) recorded in Fisher Funds’ Client Relationship Management (CRM) system; and

d. Were subscribed to receive ‘newsletters’, ‘performance updates’, ‘events and seminars’, ‘investment options’, ‘surveys and research’ or ‘investment tips’ emails from Fisher Funds; and

e. Were not employees of Fisher Funds.

How the iPhone Giveaway Works

5.1 Winners will be selected at random by Fisher Funds.

5.2 To find out if they are a winner, Participants must log into the Fisher Funds mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the App Store https://www.apple.com/app-store/ and Google Play https://play.google.com/

5.3 Once logged in, Participants must click the bell icon within the app to see if they have won a Prize.

5.4 To claim the Prize, Participants must click the ‘Claim your prize now’ button by 11:59pm on 31 January 2026. If the Prize is not claimed by that time, it will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

5.5 After the Participant claims their Prize in the mobile app, Fisher Funds will contact them by one (1) phone call and, if unanswered, by one (1) email, to arrange delivery of the Prize, which includes the winner providing Fisher Funds with a delivery address.

5.6 If Fisher Funds is unable to make contact or does not receive a response from the winner, or the winner does not confirm a delivery address within two (2) weeks following the email notification, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Second Shot Draw

6.1 Fisher Funds will conduct a second draw (the “Second Shot Draw”) to award any Prizes that were forfeited, or that were not claimed, accepted, or able to be delivered to an original winner, or where the winner did not provide Fisher Funds with an address within the timeframes set out in clauses 5.4 and 5.6.

6.2 The Second Shot Draw will take place on 17 February 2026 and the draw will be random.

6.3 To be eligible for the Second Shot Draw, a person must:

a. Have met the eligibility criteria for the iPhone Giveaway as per clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions; and

b. Have logged in to the Fisher Funds mobile app during the Promotion Period; and

c. Not have already won a Prize.

6.4 Winners of the Second Shot Draw will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details held in Fisher Funds’ CRM system.

6.5 If Fisher Funds is unable to contact a Second Shot Draw winner within two (2) weeks of the draw, including the winner providing Fisher Funds with the delivery address, the Prize will be forfeited.

Delivery of the Prize

7.1 Prizes will be sent by courier to the New Zealand address provided or confirmed to Fisher Funds by the winner within eight (8) weeks of the winner providing Fisher Funds with the delivery address.

7.2 Prizes will not be sent to addresses outside New Zealand.

Limitations

8.1 It is the responsibility of the Participant to log in to the mobile app and click the bell icon and select ‘Claim your prize now’ to claim any Prize. Fisher Funds will not notify winners of their Prize status except through the in-app message.

8.2 Prizes for the iPhone Giveaway are not transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash.

Use of Information

9.1 By accepting a Prize, winners agree that Fisher Funds may use the personal information held about the winner to celebrate their win on the Fisher Funds website and/or official social media channels.

9.2 Winners may be asked to participate in promotional or publicity activities arranged by Fisher Funds. Participation is voluntary.

Fisher Funds’ Rights

10.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to substitute or withdraw any Prize, or any aspect of the iPhone Giveaway, where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2 Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with participation in the iPhone Giveaway or the awarding or use of any Prize. This includes errors in the winner’s provided address or courier-related issues, such as delays, loss, or damage during delivery.

10.3 Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate the iPhone Giveaway or any part of it at any time, including altering eligibility criteria, the Prizes, or these Terms and Conditions. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or its employees or agents in connection with any such changes.
