First Home Applications
Due to the enforced closure of our registry system for year-end processing, withdrawal applications will not be processed on the 1st and 2nd April 2020. If you require funds on these dates for a First Home withdrawal, we must receive your withdrawal by no later than the 17th March. Any other withdrawals received by the 25th of March, will be processed as per normal, any applications received after that date will only be processed from the 3rd April.

Switch Applications & Withdrawal Requests
Please note — any applications or requests received after 3pm may not be processed until the next working day. A change to how your funds are invested, or a withdrawal, will take a minimum of 2 business days to be completed. The unit price is calculated after both local and overseas markets have closed, so an investment switch processed on Monday, for example, can only be completed once all markets have closed - which would normally fall on the Wednesday.
