1. The Fisher Funds Mobile App Log In To Win Campaign (Log In Campaign) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (Fisher Funds).

2. Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Investment Funds and Fisher Funds Investment Series.    Prizes

3. The Log In Campaign consists of the chance to win one of 10 x iPhone 16 128GB or one of 10 x iPad Air 11 inch 128GB.
   

4. Eligibility:
   
   The Log In Campaign is open to all persons (Participants) who at 11:59pm on 4 August 2025:
   
   a) Had an active investment account in any of the following Fisher Funds retail managed investment schemes: Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme, Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Investment Funds, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds Investment Series or Fisher Funds FuturePlan; and
   
   b) Were 18 years of age or older; and
   
   c) Had a valid email address (as determined by Fisher Funds) recorded in Fisher Funds’ Client Relationship Management (CRM) system; and
   
   d) Were subscribed to receive ‘tips and information’ emails from Fisher Funds; and
   
   e) Were not employees of Fisher Funds.
   

5. How the Log In Campaign works:
   
   a) Winners will be selected at random, and prizes allocated at 10am on Monday 11 August 2025.
   
   b) Participants must log into the Fisher Funds mobile app to find out if they are a winner. Download the mobile app from the App Store https://www.apple.com/app-store/and Google Play https://play.google.com/
   If a Participant is a winner, upon logging in, they will receive an in-app message advising they are a winner. The message must be accessed by clicking the bell icon within the app.
   
   c) Winners must click ‘claim prize’ to claim their Prize.
   
   d) It is the sole responsibility of Participants to log in to the mobile app to determine their Prize status and to click ‘claim prize’ to claim any Prize. Fisher Funds will not be advising winners as to their Prize status except via the mobile app message.
   

6. Claim deadline:
   
   a) Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm on Sunday 7 September 2025.
   
   b) Any unclaimed Prizes, which includes where no address has been confirmed before 5.00pm Friday 12 September, will be forfeited and released for the Second Chance Draw.
   
   c) Prizes of the Log in Campaign are not transferable or exchangeable. If a winner of the Log In Campaign is unwilling or unable to accept a Prize, it will be forfeited and released for the Second Chance Draw or Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient at its discretion.
   

7. Second Chance Draw:
   
   a) A second chance draw for any unclaimed or unaccepted Prizes will take place on Monday 15 September 2025. The draw will be random.
   
   b) To be eligible for the Second Chance Draw a person must have been eligible for the Log In Campaign as per clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions and have logged into the Fisher Funds mobile app between 10.00am on 11 August 2025 and 11.59pm on 7 September 2025, and have not been a winner of the Log In Campaign.
   
   c) Winners of the Second Chance Draw will be contacted by phone or email using the contact details held in Fisher Funds’ CRM system.
   
   d) If Fisher Funds is unable to contact a Second Chance Draw winner within one month of the Second Chance Draw, including obtaining confirmation of address, another winner may be drawn.
   
   e) Prizes of the Second Chance Draw are not transferable or exchangeable. If a winner of the Second Chance Draw is unwilling or unable to accept a Prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient at its discretion.
   

8. Use of information
   
   a) By accepting a Prize, winners agree that Fisher Funds may use the personal information held about the winner to celebrate, or in the case of Second Chance Draw announce, their win on the Fisher Funds' website and/or official social media channels.
   
   b) Winners may be asked to participate in promotional or publicity activities arranged by Fisher Funds. Participation is voluntary.
   

9. Delivery
   
   a) Prizes will be delivered by courier to the winners’ New Zealand address within eight weeks of confirmation of the winner’s address. Prizes will not be delivered to addresses outside New Zealand.
   

10. Fisher Funds rights
    
    a) Fisher Funds reserves the right to substitute or withdraw any Prize, or any aspect of the Log In Campaign or Second Chance Draw, without compensation.
    
    b) Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Log In Campaign or Second Chance Draw or the awarding or use of any Prize.
    
    c) Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate the Log In Campaign or Second Chance Draw or any part of it at any time, including altering eligibility criteria, the Prizes, or these terms and conditions. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or its employees or agents in connection with any such changes.
