Watch: How is my KiwiSaver money invested?

KiwiSaver is different to a savings account – your KiwiSaver money is invested by professional fund managers, in things like shares, property and bonds.

This means the value of your KiwiSaver investment can go up and down, but over the long term, these shares, property and bonds provide good growth potential.

Senior Portfolio Manager, Sam Dickie talks to TVNZ 1 Breakfast about the different investment returns these can offer, and explains what the Fisher Funds Investment Team look for in companies, when choosing which shares to invest in.
