We pride ourselves on keeping our clients at the heart of what we do at Fisher Funds, and this has been recognised at the 2021 CRM Contact Centre Awards. These are nationwide awards focused on seeking out the best client service delivered by contact centres over telephone, email and live chat.
This was the 6th year our team entered these awards and the results are a testament to the teams focus on delivering superior service and inspiring our clients to make better decisions.
With current restrictions this year’s event was held online, however, the team still managed to celebrate virtually.
