We’re incredibly proud of our Client Services Team, who won a total of ten awards at this year’s CCNNZ/CRM Contact Centre awards – including being first for Customer Service (for a Contact Centre with less than 50 people).
Running since 1997, the CRM Contact Centre Awards honour outstanding client service across a range of industries throughout New Zealand. This year marks the ninth time our team has entered the awards, and their continual focus on improvement and delivering great outcomes for our clients continues to shine through.
