The WOW prize draw (Prize Draw) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (Fisher Funds). People who enter the Prize Draw (Entrants) agree to comply with these terms and conditions upon submitting an entry. 

The Prize Draw is open from 12am on 2 September 2024 until 11:59pm on 9 September 2024 (Eligibility Period). 

The Prize Draw is for 5 double passes to the Saturday 12 October World of WearableArt® 2024 show. There will be five winners, each receiving one double pass. 

To be eligible for the Prize Draw Entrants must visit the Fisher Funds Facebook page, and comment on the World of WearableArt® prize draw post to enter the competition. The Prize Draw is only open to people who were 18 or over on 2 September 2024. 

There is only one entry per person.  

Entrants agree that the personal information provided to enter this Prize Draw may be used to contact them in relation to Fisher Funds products or services, this may include but is not limited to adding them to email newsletters. 

Fisher Funds Group employees and their spouses, partners and dependents are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 

The prize will be drawn, at random, within two weeks of the end of the Eligibility Period and the winner will be notified by email or telephone. The winner agrees that Fisher Funds may use the personal information Fisher Funds holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the Fisher Funds website or social media profiles. 

If the winner does not claim their prize within two weeks of the prize being drawn, another winner will be drawn. 

The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by Fisher Funds. 

The prize will be sent to the winner at their nominated email address within one week of that winner claiming the prize. 

Fisher Funds reserves the right to assess and or decline the validity of a winner’s participation in the Prize Draw, at its discretion. 

Fisher Funds reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation. In the event the Saturday 12 October World of WearableArt® 2024 is cancelled or postponed Fisher Funds is not obligated to compensate the winner. 

Fisher Funds will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw. 

Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination. 

The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient.
