1 Promoter
1.1 This promotion (“Promotion”) is run by Fisher Funds Management Limited (“Fisher Funds”) in partnership with Archibald & Shorter North Shore Limited (Archibald & Shorter).
1.2 By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Investment Funds and Fisher Funds Investment Series. 2 Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion runs during Fieldays 2026 from 10 June to 13 June 2026 at the Fisher Funds stand (the “Promotion Period”).
2.2 Entries must be completed during event operating hours, being from 8:00am to 5:00pm Wednesday to Friday and from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday, on the applicable days of the Promotion Period.
3 Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to individuals who:
(a) are attending Fieldays during the Promotion Period and enter in person at the Fisher Funds stand;
(b) complete the quiz;
(c) are aged 25 years or over at the time of entry; and
(d) hold a valid full New Zealand driver licence.
3.2 Employees and contractors of Fisher Funds or Archibald & Shorter are not eligible to enter.

4 How the promotion works
4.1 To enter, participants must complete the quiz at the Fisher Funds stand during the Promotion Period and provide their contact details.
4.2 Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Fisher Funds will determine the validity of entries based on its records.
5 Prize
5.1 The prize consists of one (1) luxury vehicle for a weekend, supplied by Archibald & Shorter North Shore.
5.2 The vehicle:
(a) will be selected by Archibald & Shorter and is subject to availability;
(b) includes insurance and a full tank of fuel, which does not need to be refilled prior to return;
(c) is subject to a maximum mileage of 250km; and
(d) requires advance booking.
5.3 The prize must be booked or claimed by 13 December 2026, six (6) months from the end of the Promotion Period.
5.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.5 If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Fisher Funds reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of similar value.
6 Third party conditions
6.1 The winner must contact Archibald & Shorter to arrange the booking. Relevant contact details will be provided by email to the winner.
6.2 Vehicle use is subject to Archibald & Shorter’s standard rental terms and conditions.
6.3 Bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to blackout dates or other restrictions imposed by Archibald & Shorter.
6.4 The winner must meet all driver requirements, including age and licensing criteria, at the time of booking and vehicle collection.
6.5 The winner is responsible for collecting the vehicle from, and returning the vehicle to, the Archibald & Shorter dealership.
6.6 The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable road rules and for any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the use of the vehicle, subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
7 Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period within two (2) weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.
7.2 The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by Fisher Funds.
7.3 Fisher Funds will contact the winner by one (1) email, to notify them that they have won the Prize and provide details on how to book or claim the Prize.
7.4 The Prize will be fulfilled via Archibald & Shorter.
7.5 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not accept the Prize within two (2) weeks of notification, or does not meet the eligibility requirements (including holding a valid driver licence and meeting any applicable age requirements), the Prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
7.6 Fisher Funds accepts no responsibility if any contact details provided by participants are incorrect or incomplete.
8 Liability and Prize Conditions
8.1 Fisher Funds is not responsible for the availability, condition, or performance of the vehicle supplied by Archibald & Shorter, or any acts or omissions of Archibald & Shorter.
8.2 Use of the vehicle is at the winner’s own risk and subject to the supplier’s terms and insurance conditions.
8.3 To the extent permitted by law, Fisher Funds excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or the use of the prize.
9 Privacy
9.1 Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and in accordance with Fisher Funds’ Privacy Policy.
9.2 By entering, participants agree to be contacted in relation to this Promotion and to receive marketing, promotional and product-related communications from Fisher Funds.
9.3 The winner may be asked to participate in promotional or publicity activities arranged by Fisher Funds. Participation is voluntary.
10. General
10.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of participants.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
11. Fisher Fund’s Rights
11.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to substitute or withdraw the Prize, or any aspect of the Promotion, where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control.
11.2 Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize. This includes any errors in the contact details provided by participants.
11.3 Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part of it at any time, including altering eligibility criteria, the Prize, or these Terms and Conditions. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or its employees or agents in connection with any such changes.
