The ‘June Nest Prize Draw’ (Prize Draw) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (Fisher Funds).
The Prize Draw is open from 12:00am on 26 June 2025 until 11:59pm on 25 July 2025 (Eligibility Period).
The Prize Draw is for 5 prizes of the Monopoly – Taranaki Edition board game (Prize). There will be 5 Prize Draw winners, each receiving one Monopoly – Taranaki Edition board game.
Eligibility for the Prize Draw:
Fisher Funds clients who complete the Prize Draw entry form during the Eligibility Period will receive one entry into the Prize draw. Only one entry form can be completed per Fisher Funds account number.
Fisher Funds employees and their spouses, partners and dependents are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is only open to people who were 18 or over on 26 June 2025.
Fisher Funds will only post the Prize to a New Zealand address.
The Prize will be drawn, at random, within two months of the end of the Eligibility Period and the winner will be notified by email or telephone. The winner agrees that Fisher Funds may use the personal information Fisher Funds holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the Fisher Funds website or social media profiles.
If Fisher Funds is unable to contact the winner within one month of the Prize being drawn, another winner may be drawn.
The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by Fisher Funds.
The Prize will be sent by courier to the relevant winner's New Zealand address within eight weeks of that winner being notified of their win and them confirming address details.
Fisher Funds reserves the right to assess and or decline the validity of a winner’s participation in the Prize Draw, at its discretion.
Fisher Funds reserves the right to refuse, substitute or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
Fisher Funds will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the Prize offered in this Prize Draw.
Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this Prize Draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the Prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
The Prize is not transferable. The Prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the Prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient.
