A change to the way you access your account online

We've made some changes to who administers the LifeSaver Plan, which will help us improve the service we provide to you in the future.

This change means you now have a new place to access your account online.

To access your
account now

Click here to access your account online and follow the quick and easy steps: 

  1. Enter your member number as your username and your email address 
  2. Click on the Reset Password button 
  3. Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to set up your online access*. You'll then be able to update your password and choose your own username (Go to the Personal Details of the 'My Account' menu).

* Note the link within the email we'll send you is valid for 24 hours only and if it expires you'll need to start the process again.

Once you log in, you'll notice your member number has been replaced with a new account number (LSXXXXXX).
