Another first for the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme

As some of you may know, the Sorted website powered by the Commission for Financial Capability operates a KiwiSaver Fund Finder tool to independently help KiwiSaver members compare schemes. The tool assesses vital KiwiSaver information across performance, fees and service.
Sorted undertakes regular surveys to measure how much value each KiwiSaver provider delivers to its members in areas such as choosing an investment strategy; communication and education; and extras like reminders to top up your account to maximise the Government's annual contribution.
In other words: which KiwiSaver providers go above and beyond usual customer service?
Following the latest six monthly survey on the service component, we're delighted to share with you that the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme has been ranked first equal overall with a rating of 95%.
Fisher Funds Managing Director Carmel Fisher said the result was a great reward for a team commitment to lifting service levels for clients.

While you may not think about your KiwiSaver account every day, we do. KiwiSaver is as much about people as it is about savings and recent events are a good example of that. Following the Kaikoura earthquake we reached out to all of our KiwiSaver clients in that area by text and phone to touch base and to let them know of the emergency hardship provisions made available by the Government.
