NZ Post mail service disruptions.

21 November Update: This issue has now been resolved and our registry providers can access our mail. We will be dealing with your forms as they come through to us. Thank you for your patience and please understand that some of your forms have been delayed due to the NZ Post Wellington disruption and we will sort these out as soon as possible.

Due to the recent earthquakes in Wellington, the New Zealand Post mail lobby centre in Wellington is closed until further notice. Unfortunately, this means both our registry providers, Trustees Executors Ltd and Mercer (NZ) Limited, are unable to receive our mail at the moment.

New Zealand Post is looking into alternatives to redirect mail, where TEL and Mercer may be able to arrange pick up from another site, but we do not yet have a timeframe for this. We will be able to process these as soon as NZ Post services resume and we apologise for any inconvenience.
