The prize draw is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited.
The prize draw is open until 11:59pm on 30 September 2024 (Eligibility Period).
The prize draw is for 1 prize of an Apple iPhone 15 (6.1-inch display | 128GB) OR a Samsung Galaxy S24 (256GB).
All non-excluded Fisher Funds clients who are invested in Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan or Fisher Funds Investment Funds who download and log-in to the Fisher Funds mobile app by 11.59pm 30 September 2024 will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Excluded clients are:
Clients who are less than 18 years old as at 11.59pm 1 September 2024; or
Fisher Funds employees, their spouses, partners or dependents.
There is only one entry per person.
The prize will be drawn within three months of the end of the Eligibility Period and the winner will be notified by email or telephone. The winner agrees that Fisher Funds may use the personal information Fisher Funds holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the Fisher Funds website or social media profiles.
If Fisher Funds is unable to contact the winner within one month of the prize draw, another winner will be drawn.
The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by Fisher Funds.
The prize will be couriered to the winner to a postal address within New Zealand.
Fisher Funds reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.
Fisher Funds will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw.
Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.
The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient.
