1 Promoter 

1.1 The Fisher Funds Hairy Maclary Book Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (“Fisher Funds”).

1.2 Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Investment Funds and Fisher Funds Investment Series. Product Disclosure Statements are available at fisherfunds.co.nz.

2 Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion runs from 30 July 2026 until 13 August 2026, and the draw will take place on or after 13 August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

3 Prize

3.1 A total of 19 prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Each Prize consists of either one (1) Little Library, one (1) Treasury book, or one (1) Hairy Maclary: Donaldson's Dairy book by Lynley Dodd (the "Prize"). There are 19 Prizes available to be won, comprising nine (9) Little Libraries, six (6) Treasury books, and four (4) Hairy Maclary: Donaldson's Dairy books.

 4 Eligibility

4.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:

(a) are New Zealand residents;

(b) are aged 18 years or over;

(c) are a client of Fisher Funds; and

(d) submit a valid entry in accordance with clause 5 during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Employees of Fisher Funds are not eligible to enter.

5 How the promotion works

5.1 To enter, participants must complete the entry form available in the Fisher Funds July Newsletter and submit their contact details together with the name of their favourite Lynley Dodd book during the Promotion Period.

5.2 Each valid submission will be treated as one (1) entry into the draw.

5.3 19 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

5.4 The draw will take place on or after 13 August 2026.

5.5 Winners will be contacted via one phone call, and one follow up email using the contact details provided in the entry form within two (2) weeks of the draw.

5.6 To accept the Prize, winners must confirm their New Zealand delivery address when contacted.

5.7 Winners must respond within seven (7) days of being notified (the “Claim Period”).

5.8 If Fisher Funds is unable to contact the winner or the winner does not accept the prize within the Claim Period, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with clause 5.3.

5.9 By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5.10 Fisher Funds reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5.11 Multiple entries are permitted.

5.12 Participants are responsible for ensuring the contact details provided in their entry are accurate and up to date.

6 Delivery of the Prize

6.1 Prizes will be sent by courier to the winners’ New Zealand addresses within a reasonable timeframe after delivery details have been confirmed.

6.2 Prizes will not be delivered to addresses outside New Zealand.

7 Limitations

7.1 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7.2 Fisher Funds is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, non-delivery of the Prize once dispatched to the delivery address provided by the winner.

8 Use of information

8.1 By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Fisher Funds may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Fisher Funds’ Privacy Policy available at fisherfunds.co.nz/privacy.

8.2 Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities. Participation is voluntary.

9 Fisher Funds’ Rights

9.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or substitute the Prize if required by law or circumstances beyond its control.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize.
