1 Promoter 

1.1 The Fisher Funds Fuel Voucher Giveaway (the "Promotion") is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited ("Fisher Funds"). 

1.2 Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Managed Funds, Fisher Funds Premium Service, Fisher Funds LifeSaver Plan, Fisher Funds Investment Funds and Fisher Funds Investment Series. Product Disclosure Statements are available at fisherfunds.co.nz. 

2 Promotion Period 

2.1 The Promotion runs from 27 August 2026 until 10 September 2026, and the draw will take place on or after 11 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). 

3 Prize 

3.1 A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period. 

3.2 Each prize consists of one (1) NZD $100 BP eGift Card (the "Prize"). 

4 Eligibility 

4.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who: 

(a) are New Zealand residents; 

(b) are aged 18 years or over; 

(c) are a client of Fisher Funds; and 

(d) submit a valid entry in accordance with clause 5 during the Promotion Period. 

4.2 Employees of Fisher Funds are not eligible to enter. 

5 How the Promotion Works 

5.1 To enter, participants must complete the entry form available in the Fisher Funds August Newsletter during the Promotion Period. Participants must submit their contact details together with the article or content they found most interesting in the newsletter. 

5.2 Each valid submission will be treated as one (1) entry into the draw. 

5.3 Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. 

5.4 The draw will take place on or after 11 September 2026. 

5.5 Winners will be contacted via one phone call and one follow-up email using the contact details provided in the entry form within two (2) weeks of the draw. 

5.6 To accept the Prize, winners must confirm their email address reasonably required to deliver the Prize when contacted.  

5.7 Winners must respond within seven (7) days of being notified (the "Claim Period"). 

5.8 If Fisher Funds is unable to contact a winner or the winner does not accept the Prize within the Claim Period, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected in accordance with clause 5.3. 

5.9 By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

5.10 Fisher Funds reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

5.11 Participants are responsible for ensuring the contact details provided in their entry are accurate and up to date.  

6 Delivery of the Prize 

6.1 Fisher Funds is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.  

7 Limitations 

7.1 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 

7.2 Fisher Funds is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of a Prize after it has been delivered to the winner. 

7.3 Use of the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the BP eGift Card issuer. 

8 Use of Information 

8.1 By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Fisher Funds may collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Fisher Funds Privacy Policy available at fisherfunds.co.nz/privacy. 

8.2 Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activities. Participation is voluntary. 

9 Fisher Funds' Rights 

9.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or substitute the Prize if required by law or circumstances beyond its control. 

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize.
