The prize draw is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (Fisher Funds).

The prize draw is open from 12am on 23 November until 11:59pm on 14 January 2024 (Eligibility Period).

The prize draw is for 25 prizes of $1,000NZD deposited into the winners’ nominated New Zealand bank account. There will be 25 prize draw winners, each receiving one prize of $1,000NZD.

Eligibility for the prize draw:

Kiwi Wealth and Fisher Funds clients who complete the prize draw entry form during the Eligibility Period will receive two entries into the draw. Only one entry form can be completed per Fisher Funds or Kiwi Wealth unique client ID.

Anyone not currently a Fisher Funds or Kiwi Wealth client will receive one entry in the draw upon completion of the entry form during the Eligibility Period. There is only one entry per person. By providing your details you permit their use.

Fisher Funds Group employees and their spouses, partners and dependents are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

The prize draw is only open to people who were 18 or over on 23 November 2023.

The prize will be drawn, at random, within three months of the end of the Eligibility Period and the winner will be notified by email or telephone. The winner agrees that Fisher Funds may use the personal information Fisher Funds holds about them to contact them or announce their win on the Fisher Funds website or social media profiles.

If Fisher Funds is unable to contact the winner within one month of the prize draw, another winner will be drawn.

The winner may be asked to take part in any publicity or marketing arranged by Fisher Funds.

The prize will be deposited into the relevant winner’s nominated New Zealand bank account within eight weeks of that winner being notified of their win.

Fisher Funds reserves the right to assess and or decline the validity of a winner’s participation in the prize draw, at its discretion.

Fisher Funds reserves the right to refuse or withdraw any prize without any compensation.

Fisher Funds will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the prize offered in this prize draw.

Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this prize draw or any aspect of it including altering the qualifying criteria, the prize or terms and conditions at any time. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or any of its agents and employees in connection with any such extension, change or termination.

The prize is not transferable. The prize recipient may not nominate someone else to receive the prize. If the recipient is unable or unwilling to accept a prize, Fisher Funds may award it to an alternative recipient.
