1 Promoter
1.1 The Fisher Funds $100 Join Promotion (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Fisher Funds Management Limited (“Fisher Funds”).
1.2 Fisher Funds Management Limited is the issuer and manager of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan. A Product Disclosure Statement is available at fisherfunds.co.nz.
2 Offer
2.1 The Promotion involves Fisher Funds sending a promotional email with the subject line "Start strong with a $100 Prezzy Virtual Card" to individuals who on or after 1 May 2025 provided their email address provided their email address to Fisher Funds and who are not current members of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme, and Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme.
2.2 If a Recipient opens a new Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan account by 30 November 2025, Fisher Funds will email a single, unique Prezzy Virtual Card redemption voucher code (the “Voucher Code”) to the Recipient.
2.3 The Voucher Code can be redeemed for a Prezzy Virtual Card valued at NZD $100 (the “Virtual Card”) by entering it on the Prezzy Card website, which will trigger the issuance of the Virtual Card.
3 Eligibility
3.1 The Promotion applies to Recipients who, after 11:59pm on 27 October 2025:
(a) Received the promotional email from Fisher Funds with a subject line of “Start strong with a $100 Prezzy Virtual Card” at an email address previously provided to Fisher Funds; and
(b) Submits a Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan application by 30 November 2025, and this results in an open Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan account; and
(c) Were not employees of Fisher Funds.
(d) Were not current members of the Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan, Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme, and Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Scheme.
4 How the Promotion Works
4.1 Within four (4) weeks of the Recipient opening a new Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan account, Fisher Funds will email the Voucher Code to any one email address held by Fisher Funds for that Recipient. This email will include instructions on how to use the Voucher Code to activate the Virtual Card.
4.2 The Voucher Code must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date it was sent by Fisher Funds.
4.3 To activate the Virtual Card, the Recipient must enter the Voucher Code and the required details on the Prezzy Card website at https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/account/virtual/.
4.4 Once the Voucher Code has been submitted, Prezzy Card will directly email the Virtual Card to the Recipient at the email address provided to Prezzy Card.
4.5 The Virtual Card will be issued by Prezzy Card and will be valid for three (3) years from the date of redemption, in accordance with Prezzy Card’s standard terms and conditions.
5 Limitations
5.1 The Promotion is limited to one Voucher Code per new Fisher Funds KiwiSaver Plan account opened.
5.2 The Virtual Card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
5.3 Lost or expired Voucher Codes or Virtual Cards will not be replaced.
5.4 No substitute or alternative prize will be offered in connection with the Promotion.
6 Prezzy Card Terms
6.1 Use of the Voucher Code and the Virtual Card is subject to Prezzy Card’s own terms and conditions, available at https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions.
7 Fisher Funds’ Rights
7.1 Fisher Funds reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time without notice.
7.2 Fisher Funds will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion and the use of the Virtual Card, including but not limited to circumstances where the Recipient fails to redeem the Voucher Code and/or the Virtual Card within the specified timeframe, misplaces the Voucher Code and/or the Virtual Card, or experiences technical issues outside of Fisher Funds’ control.
7.3 Fisher Funds reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part of it at any time, including altering eligibility criteria, the offer, or these terms and conditions. No claim may be made against Fisher Funds or its employees or agents in connection with any such changes.
7.4 Fisher Funds is not responsible or liable if any emails are undeliverable for any reason other than Fisher Funds mistyping the email address.
8 KiwiSaver Membership
8.1 By joining Fisher Funds, you acknowledge that you are leaving your current KiwiSaver scheme and authorise the transfer of your account balance to Fisher Funds.
8.2 If the Recipient is currently a member of another KiwiSaver scheme, Fisher Funds is unable to include comparisons to their existing scheme. Fees, performance, and service may differ from their existing scheme.
